What we collect

When you join, we collect your email address, the date and consent language associated with your signup, basic campaign attribution included in the link you used, and the hostname of the referring site when your browser provides one. We also keep the status of the confirmation email and whether you have unsubscribed so we can respect your choices and avoid sending duplicate messages.

To understand whether the page is useful, we also keep aggregate daily, deduplicated landing-view counts grouped by campaign and referring-site hostname. We do not add IP addresses, browser details, cookies, or device identifiers to Dial'd's measurement database.

How page measurement works

Temporary campaign and referring-site values in your browser's session storage keep a landing view and a later waitlist signup tied to the same first visit. A separate temporary marker avoids counting the page more than once in one tab session. We send the campaign and referring-site values with the landing view and, if you join, with your signup. We do not send the marker or create a session identifier. The temporary values and marker disappear when the tab session ends. Our infrastructure providers may keep limited operational logs needed to run and protect the site.

How we use it

By joining, you ask us to send a waitlist confirmation, launch updates, and invitations to early access. We also use signup information to understand where interest comes from and make better product and messaging decisions. We do not sell your personal information.

The waitlist confirmation does not use an open-tracking pixel or rewrite links for click tracking. We keep only the operational events needed to understand whether a message was accepted, delivered, delayed, bounced, complained about, suppressed, or unsubscribed.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from future marketing messages at any time. You may also ask us to access or delete your waitlist information by emailing privacy@dialdinc.com.

Service providers and retention

We use Cloudflare to operate the site, protect the form from automated abuse, and store waitlist records. Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited technical information needed to distinguish people from automated traffic. It does not receive the email address you type into the form from Dial'd.

We use Resend to send waitlist email. Resend processes the recipient address, message content, and operational delivery events needed to deliver and protect those messages. We keep active waitlist records through the pre-launch period and as needed to send the updates you requested. If you unsubscribe, we retain the minimum suppression record needed to honor that choice. You may ask us to delete your waitlist information at any time.

Updates

We may update this notice as Dial'd develops. If the changes are material, we will revise the effective date and provide appropriate notice.
